The Most Impressive Concept of the 20th Century
| It has
been said that the greatest concept that came out of the 20th century that will
surely shape the thoughts of the 21st century is: "Above, Down, Inside,
Out." Education in the 20th century has been outside in, rarely relying on intuition or developing creativity from "Above, Down, Inside, Out." Knowledge in the 20th century has been shaped and formulated by what we learn from our friends, family, newspapers and television from the outside in: not what we get by thinking and learning from ourselves from "Above, Down, Inside, Out." What was right in the 20th century has been based on norms of the time, on fads, and on the acceptance of those around us and in our community from the outside in: not on our own ethics, principles and sense of righteousness from "Above, Down, Inside, Out." Healing in the 20th century has been based on treating symptoms and disease or preventing symptoms and disease with drugs, surgery, vitamins and herbs from the outside in: not on focusing on reaching our own natural health potential through proper function of our own bodies, so that they may heal and sustain themselves from "Above, Down, Inside, Out." There is only one healer. It is not a pill, a shot, or a doctor of any kind. It is the body itself "Above, Down, Inside, Out." When functioning as nature designed it, the body always knows what to do unless it is interfered with. Chiropractic seeks to remove this interference. Chiropractic does not treat the symptom or the disease. Chiropractic does not cure the disease. It simply removes that which interferes with 100% function of the nerve system - the system placed inside us to control all life and all healing. "Above, Down, Inside, Out" will be the greatest direction we can take from the first millennium into the next. Trusting in yourself shows a trust in the power of nature - "Above, Down, Inside, Out." Nine Keys to Contentment Health enough to make work a pleasure: Wealth enough to support your needs. Strength enough to battle with difficulties and overcome them: Grace enough to -confess your sins and forsake them. Patience enough to toil until some good is accomplished: Charity enough to see some good in your neighbors. Love enough to move you to be useful and helpful to others: Faith enough to make real things of Nature. Hope enough to remove all anxious fears concerning the future. |
