The truth is we will never be well or happy until we begin doing the things necessary to get there. If we stay on the same path that we have always taken, we will always end up in the same place.

There are those who would wait for the bluebird of happiness to land on their coffee table, bringing lasting fulfillment and peace. These same lost souls would go to the doctor looking for a pill or a treatment to restore abundant health and vitality.

Life and Health are a mission given to us from Nature.
If we sow the seeds of good health everyday; a healthy spine and nerve system, natural foods, physical activity and positive thoughts, we will reap health.

If we sow the seeds of happiness everyday; sincere love and understanding of others with service to man/woman kind, we will again reap what we have sown, happiness.
In fact, we reap many times that which we have sown 30-60-100 fold.

There are those that make things happen;
There are.. those that watch things happen;
Then there are those who wonder, "What happened?!"
