LIVE THIS DAY AS IF IT WERE YOUR LAST!
| There is a
saying a lot of people use that says, "This is the first day of the rest of your
life." However, a better way to put it is, "This may be the last day of my
life." The truth is, IT MIGHT! Yesterday is gone and there is no promise of tomorrow. Your future on earth is never guaranteed. Today, someone your age, who looks and feels just like you will be hit by a bus or drop dead of a heart attack. STOP ACTING LIKE LIFE IS A REHEARSAL FOR TOMORROW "Whatever your hand finds to do, verily, do it with all your might for there is no activity or planning." Ecc; 9 Nothing focuses the mind better than knowing you will die at dawn. Your greatest challenge is focusing your mind BEFORE that point. Making peace with friends, family, and those you have forsaken by forgiving or finally confessing your love is a legendary endeavor people underrake only when finding out they will soon die or are only moments from actually passing on. This is a tragedy. These people sacrificed having optimal love and joy in their life until their last days. Many people die suddenly and do not even have that opportunity. Equally legendary, is people waiting until life is no longer working out and/or their health is gone before attempting to maximize their worldly experience. They embark on a rocky, perilous, uphill journey attempting to solve problems that have gotten out of control and to find the vitality that has been lost. While this mountain can be climbed an overcome, precious time and numbered days are gone forever. Working to improve lifestyle, to correct your spine and nerve system, and to build greater faith in nature and the power nature gave people and their bodies to live, function, and heal is the most important endeavor you shall ever undertake while on this big blue marble. It's victory, your greatest triumph, as you will have achieved your potential. To accept anything short of 100% of your natural-given potential is to accept something short of full freedom... "If the axe is dull and he does not sharpen its edge, then he must exert more strength." Ecc. 10;10 |
